Our aim is to gain private
support
for the arts that is crucial
for strengthening the role of the
visual arts in society. Government
funds
are limited and the foundation
seeks individual, private and
corporate donations and sponsorships
for our programmes and awards. Better funding
will allow
a wider range of
audiences to become involved in the
discourse and appreciation of
contemporary Indian art. |
| |
| The success of FICA’s
programming will depend on the
public’s trust in our integrity and
our ability to raise funds for all
of our programmes. We hope to maintain the
foundation as a self-sufficient
non-profit. |
