Radhika Chopra has a B.A. in
Economics from Wellesley College and
a M.A. in Public Policy from Harvard
University. She has worked within the U.S.
Federal Reserve System in Chicago
and in New York. Radhika has
a
passion for Indian art. In the
mid-1990s, she took a sabbatical
from economics to become the Gallery
Director at New York-based Bose Pacia Modern. Here she helped to
curate
such shows as F N Souza,
Important Paintings from the
Artist’s Private Collection and The
Early Masters, Rare Paintings from
the Bengal Renaissance. She
supported iCon: Contemporary Indian
Art presented at the 2005 Venice
Biennale. Her role in
FICA is to strengthen public/private
partnerships in
the arts. |
